Shipping

Rest easy knowing your purchase is in good hands. Shipping Protection covers loss, damage, theft, missing or wrong items, return to sender and other carrier mishaps. If you purchase Shipping Protection with your order, and your order is lost*, damaged, or stolen**, please email service@juledancewear.com to initiate a claim.

A domestic package is considered lost 15 days after it has been mailed and not marked "delivered." A package is considered stolen if it has been marked "delivered" and is not received by you within 3 business days following the delivery scan. Please make sure you check with your local post office or UPS office to make sure they are not holding your package for you before filing a claim with us. If your product is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us within 30 days of your order being shipped by email at service@juledancewear.com

Once we are able to confirm your claim, you will receive a one-time replacement of the merchandise you ordered. If you are eligible to receive a replacement, please allow 3 business days for us to ship your items. If the merchandise you purchased is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or offer a refund in the form of store credit.

To file a claim please send an email to service@juledancewear.com with your order number, reason for claim (stolen, lost damaged) If your package is damaged, please include a photo with your claim. Also include any attempts made to locate your package.

*Orders lost due to incorrect shipping address will not be refunded/replaced. **Replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen orders outside of North America.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship any items faster than the shipping windows listed on our website. We recommend having a backup plan or contacting your local dancewear store to see if they carry any of the Jule products you are interested in.

Please allow 2 processing days for all orders to ship.

We can change addresses, sizes and cancel an order if requested within 2 hours after placing the order. Please email all changes to service@juledancewear.com.

Products

Generally, our products run small due to the
supportive fit we aim to provide. We recommend referring to each product page for more details on the item's fit and/or support levels.

All of our leotards are designed to offer coverage and support for dancers with larger busts. Some of our leotards offer regular support while others offer compression support. If a dancer is looking for a leotard with maximum compressive support, we like to recommend the Luster, Illusion, Royal and Royalette leotards.

The cut of our leotards is more of a tailored hourglass cut, designed to hug your waist (no gaping in the back) and offer room for dancers with a larger than average bust if needed. We offer two layers of nylon in the bust on ALL of our leotard styles, not the average thin lining material. This offers the strong and compressive lift we are known for. Light colored leotards have the two layers of nylon in the bust with the addition of a full body lining. That's 3 layers of bust coverage on white leotards, because well, it's white!

Returns + Exchanges

Please start a return or exchange here.

Items purchased through our website must be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund, postmarked when the package is scanned in at the post office.

If the purchased product is faulty, please process a return with option, "Manufacturing defect" within 3 days of the delivered date. Please upload photos of the areas in question within the portal. Start here.

We can cancel an order if requested within 2 hours after placing the order. Please email your cancellation request to service@juledancewear.com.
